Earning & Using Points

How can I earn points, and how do I use them?
You can earn points by making purchases on our website or completing specific missions (following us on social media, tagging Heroísmo, etc.). Check the full list of missions in your loyalty space.

You can redeem your points for vouchers:

  • 200 points = €10 (minimum purchase: €60).
  • 500 points = €25 (minimum purchase: €100).
  • 1,000 points = €50 (minimum purchase: €150).

Vouchers cannot be combined with influencer, ambassador, or special promotion codes.

Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned.

Log in to your account to view your points balance, completed missions, and available benefits.

Returns & Points Adjustments

If you return an item, the points used for that purchase will be credited back to your account. However, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted once the return is processed.

Referrals & Combining Accounts

Invite your friends to Heroísmo! Your referred friend receives a €10 discount on their first order (€60 minimum purchase), and you receive a €10 credit when they complete their order.

Yes, referrals are valid only for new customers who have never placed an order and must meet the €60 minimum purchase requirement.

No, each account is linked to a single email address, and points cannot be transferred or combined across accounts.

Yes, contact our support team to request a transfer of your points to your new email address.

Tiers & Rewards

Your tier (Explorer, Amazon, Legend) is based on your spending over the past 12 months. Your status is recalculated annually—if your spending decreases, you may move to a lower tier.

Yes! Depending on your tier, you will receive a birthday voucher:

  • Explorer: €10 (min. purchase: €60).
  • Amazon: €25 (min. purchase: €75).
  • Legend: €50 (min. purchase: €150).

Managing Your Account & Technical Issues

Go to our website, click on "Create an Account," and fill in the form to start earning points immediately.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions.

Yes! If you used the same email linked to your account, your points will be automatically credited.

Points expire after 12 months. If your points are missing and this period has not passed, contact our support team for assistance.

Some points (especially those requiring verification) may take time to be credited. Thank you for your patience!
