B2G1 Terms and Conditions (Buy 2, Get 1 Free)

1. Offer: The “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” offer applies sitewide when purchasing three items from our website, or multiples of three (6, 9, 12, etc.). Enter the code happy5 at checkout. The free item(s) will be the lowest-priced item(s) of your selection.

2. Validity Period: This special offer is valid for 24 hours, on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 00:00 (midnight) until 23:59 (11:59 PM), Central European Time (CET).

3. Not Cumulative: This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, special offers or ambassador codes.

4. Exclusion of Out-of-Stock Items: This offer applies only to items currently available in stock on our website.

5. Hero Club Points: Hero Club loyalty points will be earned on purchases made during this offer. However, Hero Club points cannot be used as a payment method on the day of the promotion. Points earned on items that are subsequently returned will be deducted from your Hero Club balance.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Store Credit:
a) Items purchased during this offer can be returned but are non-refundable. They are only eligible for store credit or an exchange voucher as described below.

b) The offer is granted on the full selection of items. If you return items, the offer is recalculated on the items you keep: for each complete group of three items kept, the lowest-priced item is free, and any kept items that do not form a complete group are charged at their regular price.

c) Store credit: the store credit equals the total amount paid for the order minus the recalculated price of the items you keep, minus the return label fee (see price list on the return policy page). Store credit is valid for 30 days.

d) Example: six items priced €60, €50, €40, €35, €30 and €25 (€240) are purchased for €185, the two lowest-priced items being free. If you keep the €40 item and return the five others, the recalculated price of the item you keep is €40, and the store credit is €185 − €40 = €145, minus the return label fee and any other fees described on our return policy page.

e) Exchange of the same product in a different size or color: the offer remains unchanged. We issue a single-use voucher equal to the full price of the returned item minus the return label fee, valid for 14 days and only on that same product. This applies to items paid for as well as free items. The voucher is not combinable with other offers and is non-transferable. If the requested size or color is not available, store credit will be issued instead, according to c).

f) Any additional fees for items returned stained or without tags, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, will be deducted from the voucher or store credit.

g) Returning a free item alone does not generate any store credit, as the offer is recalculated on the items you keep. A free item can only be exchanged for the same product in a different size or color, according to e).

7. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Items purchased during a sitewide sale or any promotional period, including this offer, can be returned but are non-refundable and are only eligible for store credit or an exchange voucher as described in section 6.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for underwear, socks, hair accessories and drink bottles.

8. Terms Modification: Heroismo reserves the right to modify or terminate this special offer at any time, without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer Clause: While we strive to provide accurate information, Heroismo disclaims any liability for typographical errors or omissions in the details related to this offer.

Right of withdrawal (EU): Customers in the EU keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Where it applies, any refund is limited to the amount actually paid, calculated according to section 6 (free items have no refund value, and the offer is recalculated on the items you keep).
