RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Hygiene and customer safety is really important to us, therefore please do your best to try on, handle, and repackage items with care. Items must be returned back to us in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant, perfume — and must have all original tags attached.
All items will be inspected upon arrival back at our warehouse. Failure to return them in their original condition may lead to cleaning charges, reconditioning fees, or refusal of the return.
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach us, whether the return was made using a provided return label or shipped independently by the customer.
Please ensure that all returns are securely packaged and tracked if necessary, and retain your proof of postage.
We are not responsible for any items lost in transit, or for parcels that are returned to the sender due to incorrect labeling or shipping errors.
To start a return, initiate your request on your customer account or if you encounter some issues then contact us at support@heroismo.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
For those living near Luxembourg, we accept physical returns at CrossFit 1839, 5 rue de l'Etang, L-5326 Contern (Luxembourg). Please contact us via e-mail to schedule an appointment in advance.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
We guarantee the quality of our products, but textiles naturally experience wear over time. If a manufacturing defect is identified, contact us within 30 days of receipt. After this period, we cannot guarantee a refund or commercial gesture.
Damages or wear resulting from normal use or improper care (e.g. washing at incorrect temperatures) reported several months after purchase are not eligible for compensation or refund. It is the customer's responsibility to properly care for their garments.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items marked as Final Sale or are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Items that are purchased during a sitewide sale period (e.g. Black Friday) or any promotional action period, items can be returned but are non-refundable. It may only be eligible for store credit.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

For health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for underwear, socks, hair accessories, and drink bottles.
GIFTS WITH PURCHASE
Received a gift with your purchase? If you return all or part of your order, the gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition. If the gift is not returned, we may deduct its full retail value from your refund.
RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

The return shipping fee is deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return label, if proposed by us. Otherwise the return shipping costs are always to be paid by the customer.

If you return your entire order or if the total value of your returns exceeds €150, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

If your return causes your original order to fall below the free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to retroactively charge for the original shipping, which will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase separately.
REFUNDS
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method or as a store credit or voucher.
Please note that delivery and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
It may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
