We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance, depending where you are ordering from. Our warehouse is located in Luxembourg and works during business hours. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: info@heroismo.shop and after verification we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

Heroismo will only accept a product return if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition; no refunds will be given for products that have been worn out or that are returned damaged.

To return a product, please contact us. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 14 days of receipt of the package (postmarked). We will notify you as soon as your return has been received and approved. We recommend that you use a tracking service for the return of goods as all shipping risks are borne by the sender. The refund will be processed by a voucher on our website.

The voucher will remain valid for a period of 1 year , and can be exchange for a gift card.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for spoiled or damaged products and do not offer online exchanges. Not all discontinued items can be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of opening or do not meet the above criteria. If the product purchased is defective or you feel it is not as advertised, please email us before returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

For People living nearby Luxembourg, we accept physical returns at CrossFit 1839, 5 rue de l'Etang L-5326 Contern (Luxembourg). Please send us an e-mail beforehand to arrange an appointment.

The exchange must be made within 14 days of the date of receipt of your order, the postmark being proof. No exchange will be made for products that have been damaged or that are returned damaged. For more information regarding returns, please check the question above.

Once the return has been received, we will provide you with a voucher of the same value for you to order the new product.

Once we have received and inspected your statement, we will notify you if your statement is accepted or rejected. This process can take anywhere from 1 to 10 business days.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method or by voucher. Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

We take 1 business day to process your order and then 4-5 business days to deliver it to you.
