  • Processing: Usually, we take just 1 business day to carefully pack your order. During major launches or large promotional events, please allow us an extra 1-2 business days to ensure everything is perfect.
  • Delivery: Once shipped, your package will typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep!

Our heart and operations are based in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Our main offices are located in Luxembourg, while our warehouse is situated in Contern (Luxembourg).

Every order is carefully prepared and shipped directly from our Contern facility to ensure it meets our quality standards before making its way to you.

Don’t worry! To ensure you get your gear as fast as possible, we sometimes ship items from different parts of our warehouse in separate packages.

Payment methods & discount codes

Prices differences due to missed sales or price changes will not be refunded. We highly recommend to sign up to our newsletter and social media feeds to be updated about offers and sales.

Discount codes are sent to you by e-mail or are given to you directly by a customer care team agent. These codes are personalized, can only be used once and only in the designated online shop.

You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase, if you choose that payment method at checkout. Please contact PayPal directly, if you should experience any problems.

We accept the most common credit card providers: Visa, Mastercard und American Express. If you experience any issues when paying, we recommend trying a different browser or device.

Return and refund

We are truly sorry to hear that your item arrived in less-than-perfect condition! We take great pride in our quality, so we want to make this right for you immediately.

To help us find the best solution, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your proof of purchase to support@heroismo.shop.

Once we receive your email, our team will quickly evaluate the situation. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within 30 days of receipt, you will get a voucher of the value of the article as soon as possible.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • For Refunds: Upon approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or reimbursed to your customer account as store credit.
  • For Exchanges: Once we receive your return, we will issue a store credit (voucher) of the same value so you can easily order your new favorite size or style!
  • Sales & Promotions: Please note that items bought during promotional offers are eligible for store credit only. Items marked as 'Final Sale,' gift cards, and certain hygiene products cannot be returned.

The Timeline:

  • Inspection: This usually takes between 1 to 10 business days after we receive your package. We will notify you immediately via email whether your return has been accepted or rejected.
  • Processing your Refund: If accepted, we will issue your refund to your original payment method or provide your store credit voucher.
  • Bank Processing: Please keep in mind that for original payment refunds, it can take an additional 7-10 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account. This delay depends entirely on your financial institution’s processing times.

Return Fees Rates

The return fees are set by our shipping partners and will vary based on both your location and the specific carrier used.
